Meet the Planner
Tina Sanfilippo
For fifteen years, Tina was the heart behind Villa Filomena — a beloved Italian villa-style wedding venue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She didn't just own the space; she lived every wedding alongside the couples who chose it. From the first planning meeting to the final song of the night, Tina was there — hands on, fully present, and deeply invested in making each celebration everything it was meant to be.
Over the years, she naturally stepped into the role of day-of coordinator for most of her couples — because no one understood the flow of a wedding day at Villa Filomena better than she did. That experience gave her something no classroom can teach: an instinct for the unexpected, a calm presence under pressure, and an unwavering commitment to the couple's vision above all else.
After selling the venue, Tina made a decision: to take everything she had learned — every timeline, every vendor conversation, every moment of grace under pressure — and bring it to couples everywhere. Now, she channels that same passion into destination weddings around the world, with a special love for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean islands.
